Spin-Out is a prototype indie racing game I created during year 1 of my Games Art and Design degree. There was no set time limit to complete the prototype, it just needed to be playable start to finish by the end of my first year.
Alongside the prototype, I also had to create a game design document outlining things such as target audience, core mechanics of the game and any references that inspired the project.
Utilizing software such as Blender, Substance 3D Painter and Unreal Engine 5, I was able to bring my concept to life. I also used FL Studio to create music for the main menu and the race.
