I participated in a week long Vertical Game Jam for 2023 alongside 14 other incredibly talented students. The theme for the Game Jam was based around "Regeneration".
I assumed the dual role of project manager and head of assets, using Trello to streamline our creative chaos. Finalized concept art was posted onto Trello boards where I could then set-up asset claims for the asset team, this allowed the 3D artists to claim the assets they felt most comfortable creating. This co-ordination not only brought order to our creative process but also allowed each team member to shine in their unique contributions. The result wasn't just a game but a testament to effective teamwork!
